flash ugly border fix

Hi,
is there any javascript or something available to get rid of those eagly
border around Flash objects.
Offcourse they disapear when clicked once.

Especially when a cursory search (either Google or just this forum) would
have given you all the answers you need, as this has been one of the hottest
