flexible dynamic banner in Animate

Hello together,
How can I build a flexible dynamic banner in Animate that is scalable in width from 120px to 1200px and stays at 600px in height.
This should be a dynamic sitebar banner in html.
Is there an animat example for this?
I've been testing for a long time and can't make it work.
