Hello all, I am trying to learn how to achieve this effect of design, where the background resizes without distortion when the browser window is resized while other elements remain the same size http://www.dollhouse.com and have looked everywhere for tutorials or books that explain how this is done to no avail. Can someone tell me how this is done?
