I am looking for the possibility to create an effect like this:

with my wonderful adobe-cloud-tools.

Hi.

It's not impossible to create this effect in Adobe Animate using JavaScript, but I think it will be much easier for you to create an HTML5 flipbook using Adobe InDesign.

You can search for tutorials on how to do this using your favorite search engine or on YouTube.
