Fluid Brush not working unless I turn off Windows Ink but then has no pressure sensetivity

Using a Cintique 21UX

The Fluid Brush icon appears normally in the toolbar but doesn't draw at all unless I turn windows ink off in my wacom properties. Then it draws but of course with no pressure sensetivity.

 

Any advice?

What version of Animate are you using 22.0.1?

Have you made sure you have the latest drivers for Cintique 21UX?

Have you tried messing with the fluid brush options?

Do you have the system requirements to run adobe animate?
