Folder for Sprite Sheet Plugins do not exist on Mac

Mac: /Users/userName/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Animate CC 20/ Configu17/Commonration/Sprite Sheet Plugins

Do you have a folder called /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Animate CC 17?

Or do you have different versions of Animate in each OS?
