Font problems across the applications

I have a very weird problem with fonts that are installed on my pc. Sometimes those fonts work only in Illustrator and not in ae, ps or animate. Animate even makes fonts look different than in illustrator. Sometimes there are some symbols that is not showing up in animate, opposite to illustrator or photoshop.

It's been years since I have this problem, but lately it got worse. I found that there are fonts that ae just doesnt recognize. This problem is accross devices, I have started windows from scratch, and this problem doesn't go away.
