For the love of all that is good, please tell me why the in app tutorials wont open!!!!!!!

I have tried everything and they just will not open on my MacBook Pro. Updated the operating system, relaunched, restarted. Nothing works. It just says it's not available at this time. I am about to cry. I saw something about a user folder but where is that? Online, on my computer, in the cloud? I am so frustrated.
