Hello. I will summarize my adobe project problem.

The problem of my adobe animate cc 2019 problem was

- my frame rate changes when I preview my animation (before exporting). However, when I export it, it works, which means 24fps is working.

So, when I'm creating my project and previewing to figure out the right timing, my project moves slow and frame rate changes to about 8fps or low.

First.

1. I contacted Adobe Korea 3times and they gave me solutions.

- 1) uninstall the whole adobe system, and install it again with adobe cleaner. (I tried this solution 3 times) = it didn't work.

- 2) Reset the adobe animate cc system. = it didn't work.

2. Korea Adobe couldn't solve the problem, so they advised me to contact US adobe support-chat. I contacted Adobe 2 times.

- 1) First operator told me that it might be the problem of my home network. So for now, the best solution is changing the network system to better one. = I actually bought the better network system but it didn't work..

-2) Second operator investigated the issue and found out that FPS drops when GUI can not properly renter complex animation. Also, she said that it is an expected behavior which means that the complexity of the animation and the speed of the computer playing the animation affect the smoothness of the playback. She gave me a solution to determine optimum frame rates, test my animations on a variety of computers. = So I tried on a variety of computers at the apple shop. I tried on the most expensive and the best apple computers. However, it was the same or worse.

I would be very happy to know the solution for this.. Thank you (()))

Hi.

What I can suggest to you is to divide your animation into several scenes (AS3 or WebGL glTF extended documents) or files because even if you upgrade the hardware the software limitations will still be there.

Yes. That's how Animate works. That's how Animate/Flash has always worked. The renderer in the IDE has to do a lot more work than the Flash player, so it's slower. That's why it refers to what you see in the IDE as the "preview" of your animation, and if you want to see the actual animation you have to "test" it.

To get faster performance in the IDE, change to a lower quality setting, under View -> Preview Mode. The lower the quality, the faster it renders. You can also speed things up by temporarily hiding layers.

Dividing your animation into multiple scenes will probably do nothing to increase preview render speed.
