Frame Picker deselects art when navigating to next frame

Question

Since the 2019 update I notice when you navigate to the next frame with . or , the art becomes deselected. When you are using Frame Picker to choose new poses, this means you must now click the art or frame again every single time. This is time consuming and not as smooth as it used to be, especially for manual lip sync.

Is there any chance this will be fixed?

Is there any workaround so we can navigate frames without having art deselected (and therefore losing the Frame Picker panel)?

I am not sure if this feature is deliberately designed this way, it could be. Will check with the team and get back to you. Meanwhile, I also suggest letting the product team know using this form Feature Request/Bug Report Form
