Frequently getting cephtmlengine.exe errors

Hi,

Whenever I start Adobe Animate after the loader screen, as soon as I click File > new 

the new project window open up with showing Cephtmlengine.exe error . It also shows randomly whenever I try to create a new document using preset / template window. 

Can there be option to enable a sort of classic (File > New) window just like Adobe InDesign?

It will be less clumpsy and cluttered and hope there will be no Cephtmlengine.exe errors.

I tried to fix the problem by disabling the "Cephtmlengine.exe" file by renaming to some other extension.

then start Adobe Animate again.  everything was smoother and faster  but there are two problems after this 
1. File>New not working at all, it's inactive no window showing
2. Whenever I close an active project file, the whole software closes without any notification.
