generating provisioning profil and error APIINTERNALERROR

Hello,

I tried to generate an provisioning file on a windows PC. I used this tutorial:

I selected the attacht device, set to device testing or adhoc, always the same error.

How can I detect the problem, the process to generate the certs, ID, profiles at the apple dev site is maximal confusing for me.

Would be nice if someone could help me.
