Glitch effect to distorts the image

I use Adobe Animate for html5 canvas but I'm not an expert, I remember at the time of flash that on the net there were many resources made available by illustrators and authors. For HTML5 canvas much fewer resources. Can someone tell me if there is a .fla with "glitch effect to distorts the image",
