GMetrix FL LITA extension not active in Animate?

As an Insturctor in public school, my class and I are trying to work the practice test(s) through GMetrix interface, in Adobe Animate but the test program and/or reviews are not loading/accessible... Is there a fix for this or what's the alternative?
