Having issues with getting a button to move to a different frame

Hi, Im working on a project for school and I'm running into an issue where I am unable to get my button to play my next frame. I've attached a copy of my project below for help.

maybe sure your code is on a timeline with no other keyframes on the timeline that would interfere with the code.
