having problems saving on animate

Every time I try to save the project or import new files Animate stops and takes a long while to come back, sometimes it crashes completely

assign a custom keyboard shortcut (edit > keyboard shortcuts), if don't already have, at least, one assigned.

then check that your custom keyboard shortcut(s) were re-assigned to defaut(s).

that usualy fixes serious quirky problems.
