Having problems when loading in a image won't load on the canvas but on the timeline?

This only started happening, when I load an image, it loads on the timeline but not on the canvas? I have tried re-installing the program with no success? The image below explains what I mean.

 

The blue box on the canvas is where the Image is meant to be shown,

    For some reason, the image didn't load? I'll reload it again.

    Thanks for the image.

     

    I think you're working on the Outlines mode. Please go to View > Preview Mode > Full and see if it fixes the problem.
