having some problem in data connection??

i have opened the tutorial file..

I couldn't understand how the access database is connected to 'Contacts_xmlcon' and 'SaveContacts_xmlcon' xml connector ?

how the schema is imported into 'Contacts_xmlcon' and 'SaveContacts_xmlcon' xml connector ? I hope the xml file can only be imported into schema...???

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help me for beginners like me
