Having trouble loading music within swf

Hi guys,

The attached file is supposed to play music, which mutes on / off as you press the mute button. Unfortunately, each time I unmute it creates a new instance of the music clip as well as unmuting the old one. No idea why.

Could somebody take a look and provide some advice? Thanks a million in advance, the new AS has me very confused.
