Hello, I'm trying to open a .swf file in adobe animate to convert it to HTML5. But i can't open it

Hello, I'm trying to open a .swf file in adobe animate to convert it to HTML5. But i can't open it in animate can anyone help me?
 
I do it via .swf because my whole project was deleted due to a virus
 
 
I also want to add that I tried to decompile the .swf file into .fla but adobe animate starts to hang and stands at "No Response". I left the project for an hour and a half, it was "No Answer" all the time.
 
Could someone recompile this project and convert it to HTML5 Canvas?

you need to open the fla that published the swf.

After all, I write that it even converts to .fla but I can't open it in adobe animate.

your fla is corrupt if it can't be opened by animate.  you can repair it, but if it was reverse engineered from the swf, that's likely to fail.  (actually, repairing is likely to fail no matter how you obtain the fla.)
