Hello i need help with tweens in macromedia flash 8

Soo i want to make one animation in macromedia flash 8 with tweens and i want to use Instance of. blah blah and when i turn on the tweens i cant change the frames in the instance of. i would want to send the video but i cant.

When you create the tween, do it from the drop-down and make sure the Sync option is off.

 

When sync is off the keyframes should have vertical bars. Then you will be able to set the First Frame property.
