HELP! An won't install or cancel

Background: I'm setting up a new iMac and installing all of the Creative Cloud apps that I typically use. All of the apps downloaded and installed perfectly...that is, until I got to An. It sat at 89% for about two hours and finally when I got fed up, I clicked the "Cancel" button and now that is sitting there with "canceling"...now for FOUR hours. I tried dragging the app icon in the trash thinking it would finally stop running (caneling) but no. So I dragged it back to where it was with the others.

 

How can I get this to stop because it's preventing me from downloading other apps; they just say "waiting."

 

Can someone help, please?

    The cloud icon in the upper right should give you a way to cancel the current downloads. You could try cancelling Animate, install the other apps, then try Animate on its own.

    I haven't yet had problems with Animate installing.
