Help! How do I export a file to post to Instagram Stories?

Hello! I'm pretty new to animate, does anyone know how to export a file so it is suitable for instagram stories. I have my doc set up at 1080 x 1920 but the mp4 only appears in 1/3 of the story screen.

What is the best way to expot for stories?

when you view your mp4 on your computer, is it 1080 x 1920?

It views portrait in the middle of a landscape panel, I'm guessing this means it's not 1080x1920 once exported? see attached...
