Help: How to make smooth camera movement in adobe animate

So I am making a sprite animation and need smooth camera movement. I'm not very experienced with easing and only select the presets. I am looking to make the camera movement smooth whenever it starts/stops moving or starting going diagonally but without affecting speed at all. Here's an example below:
