Plz It's so inconvenient! The angle doesn't go straight even when I press shift, and I'm drawing, but the screen keeps spinning, so I can't proceed. Is there a way to turn it off?

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a setting in Adobe Animate to disable touch gestures, which is likely what is causing the stage/canvas to rotate while you draw on it.

Other than disabling the touch screen's ability to detect finger touches, or using a drawing glove, another workaround would be using an app like Tablet Pro which allows for placing a touch dead zone across your canvas so that touch inputs are not detectable there.

That way, you can still use the touch screen for selecting tools and interacting with other panels if you wish to.
