    It's tempting to switch the correct answer, but his has a nice screenshot, and you have a huge collection of correct answers already!

    I think that it was missing for a while. Go back far enough and you could build a projector from Flash Player. Be recent enough and projector is in publishing settings.

    Is there a reason that you're not on CC 2018?
