Does anyone know of any tutorials or components on how to create Horizontal Sliding Menus bars that expand and retract on rollOver and rollOut? I have been looking everywhere and can't find anything.

I'm not sure I have the right idea of what you want, but try Googling "AS2 accordian menu tutorial" and see if any of those are what you are after.
