How can i copy paste layers and other things into the exact space on screen

so whenever i copy paste,wether its a layer or a few lines on a layer its never in the same place as before.

It wastes a bit of time to select all frames and drag it around till it looks right.

neither layers have been tweened, so i dont see why this should be a problem
