How can I have a brush use smoothing similar to the photoshop smoothing for it's brush

The photoshop brush has smoothing that lags behind the brush to kind of smooth it out. Does animate have anything similar?

Try increasing the Smoothing for the Brush in the Properties panel with the Tool tab selected. Here's more information:
