How do i create an interlaced image sequence in adobe animate?

Question

I want to import an animation into Photoshop for coloring and i found this tutorial that uses an older version of flash to create an image sequence with the 'Interlaced' option being checked in the export window. Unless its interlaced, I cant import the image sequence in a video layer by selecting the first image and creating a video layer with the images of the sequence as frames. But the 'Interlace' option seems to be missing in the pop-up window after I select Export Movie and then select PNG sequence.

You shouldn't need the png sequence to be interlaced to import it into Photoshop. Make the png sequence in Animate. Then in Photoshop you can either open the sequence by going to File > Open or import it by creating or opening a document then going to Layer > Video Layers > New Video Layer from File and select the first image in the sequence.
