How do I make a certain frame go to a certain scene?

Hello, I have I have an animation where I have 4 different buttons that will go to a certain frame and play, and i want a frame go to a specific scene, so for example I have a button that will go to frame 1560 which plays the character going into a house and the inside of the house is in scene 3. How do I make a specific frame go straight to scene 3?
