How Do I Use A Countdown In Adobe Animate CC Using ActionScript 3

hi guys, I'm trying to make a traffic light timer but I don't know how to show the timer when the lights change.

Depends on how you want to do it? You can do it in HTML5 canvas with javascript, you can do it in Actionscript 3 or you

can do a simple animation countdown in a movieclip in the timeline.
