how do u stop automatic keyframes

ever since the new adobe animate update (which by the way didnt ask and just automaticly updated for some reason),  if i select a frame on the timeline an draw or do anything, it will automaticly create a keyframe there. how do i turn that off. this never happened before and this is probobly the most annoying thing
