You'll have to learn how to code in Actionscript, Flash Programming language. And it does take time ... But you have a list of tutorial over the web and you can also buy some AS3 XML Gallery already built. But as I said, if you want to customize and/or modify it, you'll have to learn Flash itself.

Good luck !

Tank you for the ansuers. I have not time to learn Flash, because I make programing in php, 3d modelling, illustrating, e-mail marketing, sales and all the stuff. I send 150 e-mails each morning with offers. But when I have to work I come here and ask step by step, you do the work for me and everything fine. i work really cheap, I can do stuff for you too. We accept lots of outsorce and work really cheap, so you have not problems!

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way.  People who help here, help, though some do get extra generous at times.  But no one is here to do work for you and to take you step by step thru the process of getting something done.  These are user to user forums, not a free service to get Flash work done for you.  Like you, everybody here has a workload they have to deal with every day, and helping out in the forums is more often a break from all that work.

You have to learn how to use Flash, and it takes time to do that.  If this gallery is key to keeping this client then you will probably do best to hire an experienced professional to do this for you.  Chances are they will have a gallery that can be modified to fit your specs.  If you do not want to afford hiring someone, then you will have to chance finding a tutorial online that will walk you thru the process.  If you don't already own Flash software, you may want to reconsider hiring someone because it will likely be less expensive than purchasing Flash.
