As the title says, how do you export a webm from Adobe Animate with a transparent background?

I can export as an mp4, but I want to play the output in chrome with a transparent background and mp4 doesn't support that.

Hi mate, you should be able to get a MOV with an alpha channel out of Animate and transcode that to WEBM.

Or you can export a 32-bit PNG sequence and audio separately and assemble that back in Premiere into a WEBM. (I assume Premiere and AME support WEBM. If not, whatever tool supports it should be able to convert from 32-bit MOV to WEBM.)

Let me move this to the Animate forum for you, where you are more likely to receive an answer to your question.

The Community Help forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.
