I've recently got into adobe animate, yet, when I use the new camera function, most converting apps won't allow me to change the file from fla/swf to mp4. And the only option I have is to turn it into a movie file (and this has really bad quality). Does anyone know a good converting app that will allow me to keep the quality of my animations and still be able to use the camera function?

You can try File > Export > Export Video/Media... and choose high-quality settings for your MP4.

Presonally I prefer to export a PNG sequence and WAV separately and combine those in Premiere.
