How do you open/view/convert .fla files without Animate?

I need to convert a .fla file to mp4 but I don't own Animate and my free trial is up. I don't want to spend $20 just to open a file (this is the last time I'll be using Animate) and I'm just wondering if anyone knows any free software that will open flash files. I'm using a mac.

    Do you have a SWF version of the same file? If you do you could take that into Premiere or After Effects. Or find a video converter online.

    If you only have an FLA, do you know anyone else who does have Animate, or Flash Pro CC? If you don't, I can do the export for you.

    Hello. Do you think you could please do me a favor because I'm very desperate. I have a FLA file that I need to convert to SWF and I need someone to convert it for me. Do you think you could please please do that for me?

    You're asking for SWF to try importing to After Effects, but if it's MP4 you need, I could make that too. If you put the FLA online somewhere I'll give you back a SWF and an MP4.
