How is Animate compared to using the animate feature on Canva App?

Question

I've never used animate. I'd like to make some quick graphics with moving words. or stars moving in the background of static words. simple fast quick. I know those are really easy to make in canva; save as a gif; it's done.

Does animate have preset options for moving words and pictures? What programs do you use for short moving social media graphics? i like adobe products; but need something quick and easy to learn with preset options instead of having to figure out new ones on my own!

no there aren't presets for (what adobe animate calls) tweens. otoh, i don't think it's that hard to learn.
