How to animate an actual image

Hi,

I would like to animate an actual image of a person, mainly syncing their lips to an audio file.

I have no idea as to how to do this in Animate and hope someone can offer guidance. I have not been able to find any info on how to do this.

You can draw many mouths and and use auto lipsync.

covert the image to a vector (modify>bitmap>trace bitmap, or create a mouth in animate with the required phonems and overlay the bitmap mouth.
