How to attach more than two PNG to each other?

Hello dear Animators and Creators,

i am new to Animate and i need some help..

I wathed many Tutorials, worked more than 45 Hours (last 4 days) to get just one simple animation done but i am having issues, and i guess i am missing something..

As example, i have a characters head, and i want to attach hair strains to it wich move with the head.

The Bone tool i can't use as it won't let me edit the PNG's with the Warp Tool.

So, how can i attach more than two PNG's with hair strains onto a PNG Head, to make sure they move with the head when i move the head, and also to make sure to move the strains to give them a "physics" animation.
