How to Build Animate zxp extension?

Having been around and around dead Adobe links on the internet talking about how to do this, I'm none the wiser. So could anyone please shed light as to how to take .jsfl and .swf files that make up my extension in WindowSWF folder and package them into a .zxp that can installed on other machines?
