How to change the speed of single objects in animations?

Hello,

Could anyone advice on how to speed up or slow down single objects in already existing animations (.fla)?

    The "speed" of a motion in all forms of animation is determined by how many frames the motion or motion cycle takes to complete from beginning to end. So to make a motion take longer... add frames.
