How to create a number counter in HTML5 canva?

Hey, I'm new to adobe Animate and I have very basic knlowledge of code. Usually my work tool is AE, so very lost! I need to make a simple counter that goes from 0% to 75% in HTML5 Canva, is that possible? I've seen some other posts about it but they're too advanced for me to understand.

I believe I'd have to create a dynamic text, change it to a movie clip, and add code with actions? Anyone knows the step-by-step and the code I should use?
