How to create walk cycle in v22 (HTML5)?

I need to create a character walking left to right in a HTML5 canvas.

I'm using the latest version.

I can't use Parenting. The Bone Tool has been removed.

I've tried the Asset Warp Tool which turns it into a BMP. And it works on one layer, which is no good if I want the left arm and leg to move.

Just trying to find a way to create it without doing frame by frame.
