Hello

I am unsure of the best way to fill a shape that has been created with object drawing mode on using the line tool - is this possible?

    Hi mate,

If it is a closed contour you will be able to fill it normally.

If it is composed of several individual lines, each of them a separate Drawing Object you will need to merge them to make a closed contour.

To do so, select the lines and Break them Apart [Ctrl+B]. The bucket tool will now fill this.

(You can after that create one Drawing Object out of that if you need.)
