How to get mobileprovision file for air for ios

I have created a small app. I want publish this file as .ipa when  i try to publish flash ide asking .moblieprovision file. How can i get this file. Is it require to BUY.

This may have changed with CS6 but in the past you had to purchase an Apple Developer plan for iOS development (they have one for Mac development as well).  Check the apple website at http://developer.apple.com .
