How to get SWF to Run smoother and faster in After Effects

Hello Adobe, this is Robert Caldwell here. And I just wanted you guys to give me some advice on how to get SWF to run smotther AND faster when imported in After Effects. I'm working on a  sprite flash animation in Adobe Animate 2019. And I here are the setting I'm using:

 

Target: Flash Player 26

Script: ActionScript 3.0

JPEG quality: 100

Audio stream: RAW, 44 kHz, Stereo

 

Does it depends on what flash version I use?

If you want the SWF to run faster... just republish it with a higher frame rate?

ok. I'm using 30 fps.
