How to I export an animated movie?

I am going to be animating a 2-3 mintue long film for my university project. I want to have the best quality possible because I will be putting it into premiere pro after to add in sounds and voiceovers. I exported short animated gifs for a previous project but I lost the adobe link that helped me (when I looked through my bookmarks and didn't find it there I was felt sick! lol life).
