How to import 3D models to Animate CC?

Hey, I'm trying to create a 3D animation for personal use and was trying to import 3D files from online into the project; recently, I read that you can import 3D models into Animate CC by using plugins like Away3D. I was wondering if anyone could give me a brief overview of how I could import a 3D model into Animate using such plugins? Thanks.
