How to install

I have an iPad. Its version is 9.5.3. But Adobe animate app need iOS 10 or later in Apple Store . Now , how can I install this app on my iPad?

there's no adobe animate mobile app.

these are the adobe mobile apps, https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/catalog/mobile.html and if you try to install one on an inadequate os, it's not going to work and there's no work-around.
